At Carey School in San Mateo children weren’t frightened of the scary things I brought with me when I visited. They liked all things ghostly and they screamed for scary stories to read.They are also illustrators of creepy books; here are only a few of many pictures of witches, werewolves, skeletons, and other sorts of deadly creatures that show just what daring artists these children are:
